The second bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a single king bed with inbuilt wardrobe and garden views. Both bedrooms feature premium New Zealand wool carpets, air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Two bathrooms with striking brass and tile finishes. Both feature rainfall showers and premium amenities to keep you feeling refreshed all day. The easily accessible powder room showcases a stunning concrete sink.

The third floor features a coastal luxe living area. It is understated relaxed luxury. Starting with the front door onto Crank St you walk through the custom built-in dining space, powder room, caesar stone island kitchen with integrated appliances into the spacious living room. Binge your favourite show or hangout with family and friends in the seamless flow through living dining space.

Looking out towards Sunshine Beach you have a generous balcony with outdoor dining and barbeque shaded by Pandanus leaves. But what’s upstairs? The fourth floor rooftop just wows. Panoramic views of Sunshine beach let you capture that ultimate selfie. Relax in the breeze, listen to the waves crashing into the shore, stargaze or find your inner yogi on the rooftop.
